Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of novaitservices.co.uk and any engagement you enter into with NovaItservices, a UK-based independent IT consultancy operating as a sole trader.

Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate but make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

Engagements & quotes

Any prices, packages or estimates shown are indicative. A binding engagement only exists once we've issued a written proposal or statement of work and you've accepted it in writing (including email or the PeoplePerHour platform).

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment may attract interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables created for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, which we license to you on a non-exclusive basis for the purpose for which they were supplied.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
